Step1 • Place your hands on your stomach (you only need to do this step as you are learning to breathe deeply)
Step 2 • Take a deep breath in (Make sure you are filling your lungs. Your stomach will get larger)
Step 3 • Hold the breath for two (2) seconds
Step 4 • Slowly breathe out
Step 5 • Repeat these steps at least five (5) times
