  4. Project Value • Currently Sold at £850 (net after discounts) for each authority for 1 year • At least 200 sales per area from 50+ customer types • Upside Customers wanting more then one borough • Renewal for next year

  5. Roles & Responsibilities • Sales Dept (outsourced to external company) • Operations – Everything else

  6. Structure • Each sales company is allocated an area upon achieving minimum threshold is allocated next authority (ie 30 sales per area). • Starting with areas where the company currently has operations.
