  7. I’m here at the recert clinic, so I’m all registered, right? Maybe not … Did you finish your written test?

  8. Hopefully you already took – and passed – your test • But if you haven’t … you have five days to do so. After that: • The course will “close” • You may still be able to log in, but test result won’t register • You will have to register for a separate “test” course, which will have a $10 fee • You will need to get an override code from your DRA • Avoid the fee and hassle – GET THE TEST DONE NOW!

  10. I forgot my username/password Click on the link that says “Forget Username or Password?

  11. You’ll be taken to this page If you don’t know your username, enter the e-mail address that you used in Game Officials here.

  12. You’ll be taken to this page If you know your username but forgot your password, enter your username and e-mail address here.

  13. And once you are logged in …… Set your username and/or password to something you will remember! Usernames and passwords are NOT case sensitive.

  14. I don’t have a credit card We do take checks. But …

  18. How do I get a refund? Option 1: Don’t get a refund. Game Officials will store the “credit” and it will be applied to your next course.

  19. At the help page again … If you want a refund, … click on “I can’t attend the course ….”

  20. You will be able to download this form $5.00 processing fee You can submit form via e-mail or US mail If service is available, refund will be made to credit card. If not, check will be sent.

  21. I need to change to a different clinic … You can reschedule easily … Cancel and re-register

  22. Log in to Game Officials Click on Course 5188 Click on the number of the course that you want to cancel

  23. You will see this page Click on “Cancel Registration” This amount will be credited to my account
