PROe.biz is certified by the Ministry of Informatics according to the law 137/2006. PROe.biz has been used more than 14.500 times including complicated international and intercontinental eAuctions (Pakistan, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Czech republic).

3. www.proe.biz l e – p r o c u r e m e n t What is an e-auction • on-line tenders that are an interactive negotiation about price and other conditions of a contract • definiton of the subject and conditions including chosen participants • in most cases an eAuction runs in 2 rounds: Preliminary and Comparison • The Preliminary round is for entering an opening quotation, optional conditions and for debugging any possible technical problems of participants • then the eAuction itself starts as the Comparison round
