Scope This specification covers the quality requirements for MIRAENANOTECH Utility Film ( UTE I-7 ) 2. Function UTE I has both functions of increasing brightness and diffusing light on the Back Light Unit of Liquid crystal displays. 3. Attachment #1 Appearance Inspection -Excluding ‘Bad treatment’ from the item. -Standard of inspection : Even though defects are shown on the sheet by naked eyes, some of defects won’t be shown and effected on the BLU Assembly & LCD Panel .
