  4. Moses the Intercessor “No one else understood the ways of God sufficiently to make intercession for them. Moses, who had slain an Egyptian in those now distant days, had learned that prayer is more potent than sword. He knew that his mission was to save men’s souls and not to destroy. In doing this his own life was being fashioned for eternity.” Moses My Servant by Bro. Harry Tenant

  5. “El-na, repha-na’ lah”

  6. “That I May Consume Them…” • The Golden calf (Exo. 32) – “let Me alone, that My wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation…” • At the lack of faith to go in to possess the promised land (Num. 14) – “I will smite them with the pestilence, and disinherit them, and will make of thee a greater nation and mightier than they…” • At the rebellion of Korah(Num. 16) - “Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment…” • The day after the rebellion of Korah, when the people blamed Moses for killing the people of the LORD (Num. 16) - “Get you up from among this congregation, that I may consume them as in a moment…”

  7. At work in prayer… “Once again Moses was at work in prayer. His prayers have ascended the degrees of understanding and worship. He has utterly excluded himself from every breath of this prayer and his petitions flow for the honour of God and the forgiveness of Israel.” Moses My Servant by Bro. Harry Tennant
