Solutions: How we address the Issue • Formation of a Task-force consist of medical department heads. • Charge: Develop a physician performance measurement system. • Develop KPI based on the identified areas • Select three KPI to monitor: • Medical Records: Timely/ Completion • Utilization Review: ELOS vs Actual • Mortality & Morbidity Rate • Develop a form to be a tool for performance measurement
