4. Role of a Fellow To support all community level processes in the district through advocacy with peripheral democratic bodies (Panchayati Raj Institutions).
Assisting in training local health volunteers (ASHA), and village health and sanitation committee members.
Appraisal and strengthening all community processes.
Design a community based study, findings of which may form the basis for publishing a paper in a peer reviewed journal.
