Status Updates • T-3 Weeks and Counting • Added runner positions/titles to alternate white team judges (3/day) • Gold Team: • Scoring engine is working on Pre-Staged network (2nd server added for redundancy) • Draft Injects Completed – still working scoring rubric • Business Plan will be put together next week – Kostopoulos • Sample injects posted to AOC website • Blue teams meet on Thurs to collaborate & ensure consistent mentoring • Some schools have had challenges with kids not being at some sessions due to other commitments such as drills, sports, robotics • Talked about assigning responsibilities such as injects, mitigation, networking, Linux • Assigning new SPAWAR POCs: • ECPI: Nicole Duff • Stall: Nicole Duff takes over Blue Team Lead • Trident Tech: Sophia Kostopoulos • Wando: Corey McMahon

Status Updates (cont) • Looks like Senator Scott might be available for one day-tentative • Invites delivered to Captain Glover and Chris Miller • Pre-staging meeting held on 14 March - Pre-staging started on 18 March at SAIC warehouse – Marcus Bradley (Dell) has lead • Josh Lewis and Mike Maurer finalized Blue Team configuration • Issue Involving Liability/Insurance/Consent forms for Citadel due to minor participants resolved this week – Brown & Brown providing insurance – Met with Citadel officials last week • Agenda for Opening/Closing ceremonies still needs to be drafted • Someone saw piece on news about PCDC • PCDC info is now also on Citadel Website • T-Shirts have been ordered • Deadline for T-shirts and lunch orders was this week – some teams have not submitted orders • Ensure Colleges know that they can setup recruitment booths
