  4. Carnival 2012 :« le roi du sport Enjoy the top winter event on the French Riviera with the first international carnival celebration in Nice fom the 17th February to the 04th March . Carnival processions where some twenty decorated floats,big heads, pasteboard caricatures, hundred troupes of entertainments will be displayed. Elegant flower parades with twenty floats all decorated with fresh flowers . These flower parades are animated by charming live models wearing somptuous and extravagant headdresses who gracefully throw thousands of flowers into the crowd all along the Promenade des Anglais.
