  3. …You MUSTreport the facts to the Principal or the Principal’s designee immediately.This is NOT something with which you have a choice.

  4. Child Abuse Hotline503- 731-3100 • You and the Principal or Principal’s designee should call the Child Abuse Hotline jointly. • If that is not possible, it is your obligation to confirm that the report was made. • If you report suspected child abuse directly to the Hotline, you MUST also notify the Principal in person or in writing.
