Call Outline • All calls scheduled in half hour increments • Conduct phone call (5 – 15 min) • Post AAP notes (apx.1 min) • Send follow up e-mail (apx. 2 min with template) • Prepare for next call (apx. 2 min) • Use of color coordination to aide in visual representation of workload • Builds in up to 10 minutes in between calls to respond to e-mails
Weekly Hours Worked • Total hours worked in one week equals 42 hours • Includes two days with a half hour break for catch up • Includes 3 days with an hour lunch break, 2 days with a half hour lunch break • Total of 80 students contacted within the week
Bi-Weekly Scheduling • Capacity for a full work week is apx. 80 students (16 x 5) • When this number is exceeded, it is recommended to move veteran students to bi-weekly status • Prep students for upcoming change (mentioned during EWB)
