Why this approach ? Standards aim at : • Facilitating the definition and the evaluation of water and sanitation (WSS) services, • Facilitating dialogue between all stakeholders, namely operators, local authorities, consumers associations, regulatory bodies, • Developing a common understanding STANDARDIZATION : GENERATOR OF PROGRESS WBI/InWEnt, Kampala, 24-27 July, 2007 - ISO Workshop
