Day One: Chop Vegetables Choose 2-3 different vegetables to make 2 cups of vegetables total. • Choose how you will cut your vegetables (slice, dice, julliene, etc) Each group will get 5 ounces of chicken • Slice chicken into thin slices Store chicken and vegetables separately!! Who will do what?
