LED was invented by Oleg Losev, James R. Biard, Nick Holonyak and it was first produced in 1968. • LED , the Light Emitting Diode has become the best light providing device with high efficiency. • During the childhood days, children see LED in the small remote controlled cars, in dolls and in small robot shaped toys. In the teenage, they use it for various projects and even find them in small electronic appliances for various indication purposes. • After the teenage duration , adults come across the home LED Light bulbs, tube lights, etc as the light source, which is also achieved by usage of LED lights.
