  3. If no data is found, you can click on Search My Voter File to see if they’re registered to voter in your state

  4. If the person you want appears in the list below, select the button to the left of their name and press Copy Person

  5. When you copy a person you can see the data being pulled over from My Voters and add to it as it goes into your My Campaign database. Save when you’re done.

  17. Your list is generated – to use it again you’ll want to save

  18. Here you have the option of saving as a “saved list” which are groups of specific people generated from a search; when you load a “saved list”, you will always get the same people in the original list. A “saved search” will maintain the criteria from the original search, not the specific people.  So when you run a “saved search” you will find the people who fit those criteria at the moment you run the search, irrespective of those who may have fit the criteria when you first created the search.

  20. Select print to PDF and calling/phone list

  21. Generates a PDF and then you can download to print or email the list to start making calls

  22. Another option is to load the list into a Virtual Phone Bank where multiple people can log into VAN and into the phone bank and presented with a display that looks like this. Here you can have a script and record peoples responses.
