Software used in this session • MAXqda (v2010) • NVivo (v8) • ATLAS.ti (v6) • Google Earth
In conclusion • MAXqda is quite easy, but has only basic functionality for GE and audio links • Nvivo users should hope for an improvement with v9. It does provide linking facilities but they are ‘clunky’ • ATLAS.ti tries hard to integrate the programs, and offers the greatest flexibility for imaginative users
