  1. Friday 2/24/17 (4B/5B new seating chart) • Do Now #20: • 1) Who were the presidents of the Union and Confederacy during the civil war? • (AFTER the quiz I need to see your civil war map if I haven’t yet)

  2. Answers: • Union:Abraham Lincoln • Confederacy: Jefferson Davis

  3. Google “seterra geography” click on “US 50 State” • First part of quiz will be geography, you will be given 12 minutes to complete this. At that point whatever your % is will be your grade /10 • For example an 85% would be an 8/10 for that portion of the quiz. • Once you are done with the geography part, raise your hand I will give you the written portion of the quiz.

  4. Timeline Directions: Brainstorm in your journal first: Find the significance of the event. Sketch/draw/scribble some ideas as to what your image may look like. Show me your journal BEFORE you put onto your final paper. IF PARTNERS: one partner should be in charge of the image and poster and the other person is in charge of finding the information and writing it on the poster DUE DATE: BY THE END OF CLASS Friday 3/3/17
