How to Apply to a CSU Campus • Set up an account: www.CSUMentor.edu and apply! • Priority Application Filing Period • October 1- November 30 • Submit all Documents by the specified deadlines (transcripts, test scores, SIR) • pay special attention to impacted campus requirements • Auditions/portfolios may be required • Extra-curricular, volunteer work, and work experience considered for some

Preparation is Key! • Explore campuses via the website and take a virtual campus tour • Visit Campus Preview Days in 10th and 11th grade • Get involved in Early Assessment Program (EAP) – Junior Year • Find a campus that best fits you and take a campus tour! • Visit Fall Open Houses – Senior Year • Apply as Early as Oct 1 – Application period is Oct 1- Nov 30th • Research ways to pay for college • Attend a Cash for College Workshop with your parents – Senior Year • Submit ACT/SAT/AP test scores to all campuses you apply to- Senior Year • Remember that when you are admitted it is provisional (you must do well in your ENTIRE senior year to meet the admissions requirements)
