  3. 1/ How was the project devised? Good projects require a vision. Shared/ or communicated & ‘bought into’  Our vision—Whole School/ Whole Child approach to Fitness/ Health

  12. Stronger awareness that Health & Happiness is a whole school responsibility Not just for PE teachers… Sharing of that with Trainee Teachers/ other Unis and Schools…

  13. 6/ Tasks/ Responsibilities/ Deadlines— Application Form/ Work plan ….our bible Yr 1 Progress Report (inc monitoring visit) Keep Modules on track. E.g. all plans agreed Meeting 1/ Schools activities inserted by? Written by? Translated by? Publicized by?

  14. Strong teams… differences… • lead to strong projects • Late start... Now will flourish. Where will you take it?
