My journey • Started in 2003 to assist in my marathon training. • Studied with LiliasFolan “ First lady of yoga” • Worked in palliative care started using yoga to help pts with anxiety, breathing, constipation, pain. • Enrolled in 200 hr yoga training program 2014 • Richard Rosen, Master teacher with PD. • Volunteer with Project Yoga
