Vanilla CupcakesYields 12-15 cupcakes Ingredients: Preparation: In mixer, cream butter and sugar until light & fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. With mixer on low speed, alternately add the flour mixture and milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Do not over mix. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Line pan with 12-15 paper liners and fill each 2/3 full. Bake @ 350 10-15 minutes. (Wooden pick test) • 4 ozbutter or margarine • 2/3 C sugar (white, granulated) • 3 eggs • 1 t vanilla extract • 1 ½ Call purpose flour • 1 ½ t baking powder • ¼ t salt • ¼ C Milk
