  2. What are digital leaders? • Digital leaders are technical helpers. • They support pupils and teaching staff using IT equipment. • Reviewers of new IT equipment and software

  3. How are digital leaders recruited? • The first step is to fill in an application form • Then if you are selected you are then interviewed for the position. In the interview you are filmed and you are asked a series of questions related to digital technology. • 10 people are then selected to be digital leaders.

  4. Why should there be digital leaders in schools? • Digital leaders provide benefit to learning for all digital technology users • They allow staff to extend their knowledge and have support with digital technology. • It provides experience for later life to the digital leaders.
