How do we know C/H/A is taking place? • No. of common frameworks applying to goals, objectives, activities and results • % of cooperating partners capital inflows into the national budget and pledged materialization • No. of joint consultations and participatory work plans • Institutionalization: Presence of MoU formalizing the structure for C/H/A
2. What specific action can be suggested to improve current C/H/A issues? • Comprehensive mapping exercise and common assessment frameworks (supported by MoUs and functional structures) • Knowledge sharing on best practices based on country specific context (Rwanda, Ethiopia, Tanzania) • Allocation of the required resources (technical and financial) to C/H/A
