EYETS 2017 Update of the EYETS results on next weekly RPC meeting.
LHC and CMS MWGR: 1-3 Mar, 15-17 Mar • MWGR2 started today: plan to participate with all endcap • Goal to start the commission the EMTF. • NEW DOC: Martina from Ghent (for next two weeks).

Shifts and EPR • 2017 EPR not opened yet. I will inform you as soon as news. • Shifts status: • DOC (central shifts) shifts are missing! Please remember is the most important for the RPC operation. It’s a very good opportunity to see RPC and CMS in operation! • DM (central shifts) covered until Sept. We will apply limitation on the number of weeks (max 2 consecutive weeks). It can be done from home institute BUT after green light from our coordinators. • Please contact the coordinators. • Prompt feedback (EPR service): the best if you would like to have long (1 month) shift. • Under discussion with CMS the credit for DOC and DM • Contact the LV2 coordinators cms-rpc-lv2-coordinators@cern.ch for any questions or doubt.
Coming meetings • Next week on 7th March: IB chair to nominate the new (deputy) RUN and upgrade coordinators. • CMS WEEK 3th – 7th of April.
