  8. You have to click Yes on all 4 Indicators to move on

  9. Must answer YES to 7 of the 14 indicators

  16. Make sure you’ve answered YES to at least 7 of the 14 indicators

  17. Save and then begin to add Level 2 Component Details Use Rubric to help in writing Take it off-line and talk it first

  18. Name of Activity and Essential Elements Different activities from Level 1 Level 2 adds depth and dimension

  19. 3 SMART Goals When do you write goals? Embed EE in the goals

  20. Plan of Action (who, what, when, where) Plan ties back to goals EE is embedded in the plan

  22. Picture and Caption

  23. Open your Level 2 Application back up

  24. Insert Title of Activity Save as you go – every time you save the timer resets

  25. Select Essential Elements

  26. Insert 3 Smart Goals (copy and paste from word) Spell check and misspelled words are underlined Character count

  27. Plan of Action (cut and paste)

  28. Results/Evaluation/Framework Goals Achieved (Exceeded/Met/Not Met)

  29. Upload an image of the activity (click on Choose files) Best to show student involvement

  30. Locate the file you want to upload then click Open

  31. Then Click Upload One Image You can see that the image is working to upload

  32. Bottom of page Include a Caption for the Picture

  33. We are now done with Personal Component activity Save and then Close

  34. Returns us to the CEP page The application status is now Level 2 Working What’s next? – you can open a pdf of your application

  35. Back at CEP page – click on edit to complete the Workplace and Technical component portions of the application

  36. If you open the Personal tab, then all of your information will appear

  37. Workplace is blank and is ready for information

  38. So that we can get to the end and move to the next step, simply: Type a name in the activity box, select a couple EE and place a line of X’s across each entry area, upload photo and click save!

  39. Once all 3 components are completed, you are ready to go to Main Application to submit

  40. On Main Application page click on Submit Application

  41. It will give you an error message if there is missing information – correct that and then return to Main Application and Submit

  42. On Submit page, type Submit in the box and click the Confirm button

  43. Click Confirm

  44. Status is now Level 2 Submitted

  45.  Second Level – Recognizes chapters that go beyond baseline requirements with bronze, sliver, and gold “Chapters of Distinction” awards.

  46. Judging CEP applications • Level 2 submitted applications are judged and determined to be a: • Bronze • Silver • Gold Chapter of Distinction • Gold Division – 300 - 240 points • Silver Division – 239 - 165 points • Bronze Division – 100 - 164 points
