  14. Tourism The whole of Poland is a touristic country, so it is hard to show you every interesting thing and place here. From the blue Baltic Sea in the north to the highest mountains in the South, we have many interesting places with relics and museums. From the northern cities like Gdańsk and Gdynia, through the central Warsaw to the southern Krakow and Zakopane. I must also mention our 23 National Parks.

  37. Limanowa - Culture In Limanowa we take care of our traditions and culture which are mostly connected with our religion. The most important celebrations are for example: Christmas, Easter and Dożynki (a day when we thank God for good crops). With all our hearts we adore the Mother of God. A really important time for us is the first Daturday of a month when many of us go to the market square to pray to our Mother. We call it ‘RóżaniecFatimski’.

  38. Limanowa - Culture We celebrate DniLimanowej (Days of Limanowa). There is always some good music, many competitions. Everyone can find something to enjoy there.

  39. Limanowa - Culture Our folk are connected with the mountains. We have some regional bands like: ‘SpodKicek’ and ‘Limanowianie’. These are bands where they sing and dance our regional songs and dances in traditional suits.
