  3. How It Works • Round Pegs will supply you with the following: • A VOIP (Voice over Internet Phone) with a number local to you. Our consultant will set this up for you • A local phone number • Business Cards • Headed Paper • Sales Scripts (If required) • Terms of business • Written Contract • Vacancy Sheets • Email address • Any technical help with computers

  4. The Role and Commission Rate OPTION 1 – To obtain and fill vacancies with suitable candidates. OPTION 2 – To supply vacancies for Round Pegs to fill OPTION 3 – To fill vacancies supplied by Round Pegs COMMISSION OPTION 1 - We will pay 70% once the position has been filled. OPTION 2 - We will pay 50% once the position has been filled. OPTION 3 - We will pay 30% once the position has been filled.

  5. How to Apply You will need to meet certain criteria which we will analyse at point of application. You will be required to have a broadband connection and purchase a VOIP telephone.
