Ana Maria Costa is a teacher in ESPOL University and Corporate Manager of Quality Assurance in Del Monte Foods - Starkist Seafood.She has worked in importantfoodindustriessuch as Veconsa S.A., Saudisa, Nestle y Toni S.A. mainly in thearea of quality control 2.- M. Sc. Sandra Acosta is a teacher in ESPOL University and PackagingTechnician in Universal SweetIndustries S.A. She has worked in importantfoodindustriessuch as Ecuacocoa, Bananalight and Ecuatoriana de Alimentos mainly in thearea of quality control and packaging Whyyouthinkthepersonisinteresting, and whyyouchosethem? I chosethembecausetheyhave more than 15 years of experience in FoodIndustry and alsotheyhaveworked in some of themostimportantindustries in my country. Theyhaveexperienceteaching and sharing their knowledge with students. Both teachers have studied a master degree abroad and have a large number of courses in the area of food. They fulfill important functions in food industry because they are responsible for monitoring products quality.
