  3. Where is St. Lucia? St Lucia is a tropical and wonderful place in the sparkling Caribbean sea. The Caribbean sea is on one side of St Lucia and the Atlantic ocean is on the other. St Lucia is a great place to live and will attract any body in the world. St Lucia has a great view from any were in the island.There are a lotofsandy beaches and massive volcanoes, the dormant one is called Qualibou. Landscape You can get to beautiful and sunny St Lucia by travelling in a lovely boat. There are two air ports which you can fly to in St Lucia. Transport Caption

How to make Rice and Pease • Don’t go near the hob when its on. • Hold the pan by its handle. • Put the pans handle to the side of the hob. • Don’t run around in the cookery room. • Be careful of any sharp things. saftey tips • wooden spoon • sauce pan • onions • red kidney beans • Hob • jug • Fruit holder • coconut milk • Coriander Equipment • First, wash your hands, very well, with soap and water. • Secondly, peel the onions, and remember to put the peal in the bin. • Next, get the Fruit holder and put it the onions. • Then, get a sharp knife and chop the onions in to little pieces. • After that, put the Hob on and wait for it to warm up with the pan on it. • Now put the cooking oil in the pan and wait for it to warm up. • Meanwhile pore the onions. • After that, chuck in the coconut milk, into the pan. • keep stirring the mistier you have put in. • Then, put the kidney beans in the pan and keep stirring it. • Simmer, it for 20 minutes (until cooked) • Finally, serve garnished with coriander.
