This project aims to provide high-quality management information by creating a single repository of information and improving access for end-user-driven analysis. The key objectives include ensuring reliable source information, cohort comparisons, academic performance analysis, and informing recruitment strategies through benchmarking and outcomes analysis. The pilot demonstration focuses on unit measures and flexibility in viewing data by faculty or organizational structure. The next steps include detailed course, unit, student, and staff information analysis. For further inquiries, contact Business Intelligence Services at bis@monash.edu.au.
