  3. Good Diabetic Foods • Complex Carbs- apples, brown rice, cabbage, lettuce mushrooms, olives, pears, tomatoes, and spinach. • Proteins- beans, chicken, peanuts, nuts, turkey, millet, and soybeans. • Oils- olive oil, soybean oil, and sunflower oil.
