LTO statistics 2007 • The service was launched and opened for registration of Pay and Tax deduction files via ERP vendors and Altinn the 6th of January with a final date 31st of January. • Number of filing sets (one set per company): 64 767. 39% of these came via the Altinn portal and 61 % from the ERP vendors. • The objective was 51 000 filing sets within the final date. The potential the first year was about 127 000 filing sets, total potential is 220 000 companies and filing sets. • A total of 22 ERP vendors have integration to the Altinn interface.
Workflow - Filing from enterprise system Complete / Incomplete Enterprise system (company) Legacy system (Authorities) Step 1 (send): Send data to www.altinn.no (Web Services Interface) Step 2 (fill in data): Based on data from Enterprise system, form(s) are prefilled in Altinn. If not complete, you can fill in to complete form. Depending on the users priviliges, one might have to send the form to another user authorized to sign the form, before it can be sent to the authorities. Step 3 (sign - company): A user authorised to sign on behalf of the company can pick up the form and sign the form. Depending on the kind of company, an auditor might have to sign the form(s) as well. send the forms to either 1. auditor, or 2. authorities Step 4 (sign - autitor): A user authorised to sign on behalf of the company can pick up the form and sign the form and send to the authorities
