  16. School Survey Data • Suggested Items to Cover: • Review how survey data provides teams with information about how staff, students and parents feel about PBS on their campus • Survey data should be reviewed by the team, feedback provided to staff, and solutions developed • Examples follow

CONCERNS about PBS: Not enough serious consequences for actions/felt discipline was too lenient (5) Infractions weren’t taken seriously by students (3) Market should be held more frequently (12) CHANGES to PBS: Administration is aware of concerns May be the result of not always knowing the consequences-establish a system to improve communication with teachers through email Refer to minors as “Classroom Referrals” AP will follow-up when parent contact is unsuccessful Markets will be monthly, regularly scheduled in advance and listed on calendar (approx. every 4 weeks) Using Staff Feedback

Action Plan Review Suggested Items to Cover: Review each school’s Action Plan Evaluate progress towards full implementation Make modifications based on their data http://flpbs.fmhi.usf.edu/resources_schoolwide.asp Review items left undone from last year and determine how Coaches will address these areas with their team Review action items completed and determine how to celebrate successes
