Mechanicalanalysis: adjustment • X towards EHN1, Y towards Jura, Z Up Z X Y
Mechanicalanalysis: degree of freedom • X towards EHN1, Y towards Jura, Z Up Z X Y • 2 degrees of freedom are missing in the system
Mechanicalanalysis: rupture load • M8 rupture load (shear mode): σr= 240 Mpa, As= 38 mm2 10kN • Stress in function of beam offset: f=159.PL3/I • (L = 3 m, P = 10 kN) • Hard to believethisfailure mode • Failure of a swith on the gridshouldbeinvestigated (rupture by traction then: tests on a sparegrid)
Check in TCC2 • Laser scan: check verticality of the beams • If not possible, survey of beam motion on full range (sticker) check verticality • Remove broken part + analysis (shear or traction rupture) • Check offset, install new connection and adjust via 4 holes • Check grid
