  2. Step 1: Install X-Lite • Install X-Lite from Counterpath’s website: http://www.counterpath.com/x-lite-download.html

  3. Step 2: Account Settings • After installation, go to Softphone > Account Settings • User ID, Display Name, Authorization Name: Hoiio SIP’s Username • Domain: siptrunk.hoiio.com • Password: Hoiio SIP’s password • Click OK

  4. Step 3: Making a Call • Enter the destination number you want to call in this format: <country code>+<area code>+<mobile number> • Press Call button
