  2. List from Municipal Clerk According to CT Statute Sec. 7-42 Duties of each Registrar of Vital Statistics. They shall transmit to the Registrar of Voters a notice of the death of any person 17 years of age or older.

  3. Actual List • Check Names state-wide in inquires by last name and DOB • If you find them in another Municipality – • Write down Status (Active-Inactive-Off) • Write down Voter ID & Town of origin on System • Date of Birth – Date of Death • Forward information to the Municipality where you found them on the System

  4. How to Search • Inquiries • Voter Registration • Search Type • Statewide • Search Name • Last Name • Date of Birth • Search

  5. Inquiry Results • This Person was found in Coventry with Active Status • Sent E-Mail to Coventry

  6. Inquiry Results • This person was found in East Hampton with an Inactive Status • Sent E-Mail to East Hampton
