GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS • 80 credits (each course is 4 credits) over grades 10, 11 and 12 • 5 Graduation Program Exams • Graduation Transitions is a grad requirement • Planning 10 and FNASK 10, 11 or12
REQUIRED COURSES(48 required credits) • Language Arts 10, 11 &12 12 credits • Social Studies 10 & 11 8 credits • Science 10 & a Science11 8 credits • a Math 10 & 11 8 credits • PE 10 4 credits • Fine Arts or Applied Skills 4 credits (can be taken in grades 10, 11 or 12) • Planning 10 4 credits
SELECTED STUDIES(28 elective credits) • Academic and non-academic courses are considered to be electives • Must have a MINIMUM of 4 courses at the grade 12 level to meet graduation requirements • There is room for more than the needed amount of credits
GRADUATION EXAMS • Language Arts 10 20% • Mathematics 10 20% • Science 10 20% • Social Studies 11 20% • Language Arts 12 40%
GRADUATION TRANSITIONS • Must be completed by due date of your grade 12 year • Due dates will be announced to you early in your grade 12 year • Mr. To is available in his office (Athletic Director) to answer questions and to provide ongoing assistance
