Deloitte Touche tohmatsu limited, simply known as deloitte, is a brand through which enthusiastic professionals in independent organizations all over the world collaborate to offer audit services, consulting, financial, and tax to selected clients, (Deloitte, 2014) • Currently, deloitte is the leading professional service network in the world. This is due to the number of professionals and the number of clients the brand has immersed. • Each member organization offers services in a particular geographical region which is subject to laws and regulation of that country or region which it operates • Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and each Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu member organization are distinct legal entities which cannot obligate to each other. • Each member firm is structured differently in compliance to national laws, regulations and customary practice. In addition, it may also secure the facility of professional services in its region through subsidiaries and affiliates • For instance, Deloitte East Africa, consist of 16 partners and nearly over 500 staff who provides services from offices in Nairobi, Dar-Es Salaam and Kampala.
