  2. It wasn’t always Disney • This is true for both Walt’s own last name which was “d'Isigny” which is pronounced exactly like Disney. • His first ever company was actually called Laugh-o-Grams which eventually became bankrupt. There is always room for improvement.

  3. Personal Life • Walt didn’t graduate high school, dropping out at age 16. However he won honorary degrees from several universities like Yale and Harvard. • He married one of his employees, Lillian at Lewiston, Idaho. • Disney joined the Red Cross and was shipped overseas to help in France. His ambulance was covered in cartoons.

  4. Rumors • There are many rumors about this man, one that is very known is that Disney is cryogenically frozen under Disneyland’s Pirate of the Caribbean ride waiting for when science can cure lung cancer. • There are other ones as well, possibly to many to put on these slides.
