  3. 2006 Summit – What’s been done • Inform AF of commercial RLV activities • 14 AF Launch schedule annotation (in coord) • Site visit invitations • Created an industry demographic database • Updated as needed • Development of RLV testing/licensing process • AST RLV Licensing and EP briefing to Air Staff and AFSPC • Provide Information to investors on potential returns • X Prize Venture Capital Symposium • COMSTAC AST issued sources of potential funds • Promoted AF requirements among the operators (Ongoing) • AFSPC POC identified • RUCB invitations to RLV companies • FAA Attendance at RASTE Conference

Actions from RLV Summit • Enhance cooperation between organizations with ORS missions • Communicate AF and Industry R&D needs • Task COMSTAC when AF would like industry comments (perhaps new COMSTAC working group) • Wargaming - Can new non-orbital commercial capabilities fit Air Force needs? • Maintain US a prosperous space faring nation • Establish way ahead with Commerce, JPDO, AST • Incremental & sustainable approach over long period of time • Invite congressional staffers to future summits from relevant committees • Enhance commercial outreach through AF & FAA participation at events such as • AFRL Responsive Access to Space Technology Exchange (RASTE) Forum • FAA/AF Entrepreneurial RLV Summit • X Prize Cup • 3rd Annual FAA Air Force Entrepreneurial RLV Summit
