  3. Reporting Systems and Requirements • SAAP - National Data Collection Agency using SMART • THM – PAMS Tenancy Management Data Base • HIR – CMS • Front Doors – CHAP and CHART • Long Term Housing Management - CODA

  4. Reporting Systems and Requirements • Mental health (0.7% of income) – PDRS Report – simply XCEL plus • Data Entry QDC • Drug and Alcohol – ADIS • PSP – DEEWR E3000

  5. Major Issues • Systems and programs don't talk to each other • Systems and program are developed in isolation • Decisions and planning about technology and technology costs are taken out of our hands • Very difficult to plan for important infrastructure • Not client focused and not linked to strategic direction of the agency
