You will run this forward, backward, always looking in one direction as well as starting and stopping the test in the prone position (on the ground).
Always looking in the same direction you will start on your back – get up and run forward 10yds, left side step 5yds, right side step 10yds, left side step 5yds to center, back step 10yds to start position.
