  5. Youth Combine Training Youth Combine Training is an introductory program and is for athlete groups aged 7-13. The main purpose of this program is to build a strong and balanced foundation for our local athletes. This program uses REP’s proprietary methodology that can enhance body awareness, foot speed, bodyweight strength, sprint mechanics, and self-confidence. At REP Athletics, all our coaches are mentors first and coach second. Here at us, you will see that your performance stats will be recorded in every session. Therefore, athletes will have metrics to show their progress over time.

  6. Elite Combine Training • Elite Combine Training is dedicated to competitive athletes who are 13+ in their age and are looking to take the next step in their athletic career. Here, each athlete will get an assessment of structural integrity, bilateral leg strength, and also agility and vertical leap trials. Our proprietary methodology heightens neurological awareness. All our coaches are former high school and collegiate athletes. These are excellent mentors.
