PSARA - Private Security Agency Regulation Act, 2005, according to this act every private security agency must need a license in India by the controlling authority of the state government. To run a private security agency in Rajasthan you need to get a PSARA license for Rajasthan. PSARA license is not a normal license that you can be issued from any security agency.
