3. Cancellation Policy of Sun Country • If the passenger cancels their flight tickets within 24 hours of the ticket purchase, then a full refund will apply if the ticket is refundable. • If the traveler cancels the reservation after 24 hours, he may have to settle the fare for the trip and other charges may be reimbursed. • Using the Manage My Travel choice, the traveler can cancel the flight on the airline request or online. • The refund status and cancelation can be performed to manage my flights' reservation choice at the top of the page of the airline. • If all reimbursement requirements are met by the customer then reimbursement will be given in the source account within 4-5 company days.
