  2. Jetstar Flight Cancellation Policy A passenger wishing to cancel a non-refundable ticket may have to pay a Jetstar reservation cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is determined based on multiple factors, such as the cancellation time (out of season or high season), the type of rate reserved by the client, the duration between the cancellation and the time of flight departure, the number of tickets opted for cancellation, flight destination, flight origin and more.
