  1. Matthew Trim Identified and Managed Cost-Cutting Opportunities While Handing Financial Management at Trims Retail Matthew Trim formerly worked for Trims Retail. Serving as retail operations manager, he was in charge of all retail outlets' operations, cost management, rules and procedures, sales, IT marketing, management reporting, and human resources. He worked for financial management where he identified and managed cost-cutting opportunities. He also implemented a data-driven operational and financial management decision-making process. He also detected and rectified overinflated salary by instituting wage controls. Trim was also involved in project management leading the new store process from choosing new locations, due diligence, lease negotiations, fit-out, and shop opening. He successfully sourced and oversaw the installation of a $200,000 point-of-sale system. Currently employed as Director of Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group, Matthew Trim accepts and advertises properties and businesses for sale and lease, does inspections, and counsels potential purchasers on the benefits of properties and businesses as well as the conditions of sales or lease. Matthew further offers valuations and advice for buying and selling properties and businesses, and structuring the terms of settlement.
