Answering Phone • “It’s a great day at (office name) this is (name), who do I have the pleasure of speaking with?” • “We’re so happy that you called, can you tell me how you heard about SprintSet?” (Facebook ad, workshop etc.) • Collect information about caller. “What are your health and weight loss goals?” Awesome, I’m confident we can support you in reaching those goals! • “Let me tell you a little about the SprintSet System.” • The System incorporates noble prize-winning technologies which have been proven to not only lose weight and feel great but keep it off!” • “You will have support from a coach who will ensure your accountability and success.” • “The SprintSet system is designed to remove the interferences that may be preventing you from losing weight and reaching your health goals”: • Examples of interferences: toxicity, blood sugar/hormonal imbalances, and/or sluggish metabolism due to yo-yo dieting. • “SprintSet is not a diet, you will be eating whole foods, no frozen or processed ones”

Scheduling Appointment • The first step is to schedule you for a Body Composition Analysis which will determine: • Visceral fat (dangerous fat around your organs, leads to heart attack, stroke, diabetes, etc.) • Water percentage (check for dehydration; important for proper organ function) • Body fat percentage • Metabolic age (how well is your metabolism functioning) • If you commit to the system, we will perform an oxidative urine analysis (which is 50 times more accurate than blood work). This will test for: cellular inflammation, damage and toxicity. • On average women lose between 20 to 30 pounds and men lose 30 to 50 pounds. • Let’s get you scheduled. • Do you prefer a morning or afternoon appointment? • Once appointment has been made, continue to next slide.

We take all major credit cards. • Advise them to refrain from taking all vitamins and alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment as they will affect the results of the urine analysis. • “Can you please provide me with your email address?
