Go-live Games Having a festive go-live helps make it memorable. The trick to go-live games is making sure they are quick and light. The two games created are fun, light, and can take up as little or as much time as you want to spend. Truth or Dare: Grab a pencil, bottle, anything that spins and points in a direction, throw it in the middle of the “game board” and see what it lands on. Once the player knows whether it’s a “Truth” or a “Dare,” they choose a card out of the pile. The card templates are included. Print them, and create your own “Truth Statements” and “Dare Activities.” A few examples are included. Make these activities personal to your specific implementation. Create about 5-10 of each. **NOTE: Any “Dares” that send a user into the instance should be done in a QA or Sandbox environment; not production. Associate points to each truth or dare and whomever has the most points gets a prize! Pin the Requestor on the Form: Insert your form into the poster, cut out your icons for a requestor, put up the poster on the wall, and find a blindfold. Have the participant write their names on the Icon before they place it on the form. Whoever pins their icon closest to the spot where a requestor’s name is located on the form gets the prize! Feel free to create other versions of the game with an end user form, a Change form, a Fulfillers view of an Incident form, etc., populating any field on the form that is important to your organization. These are templates. Have fun. Create them to fit your needs! The Champion Enablement team would love some pictures of customers who incorporate games into their go-live celebrations!
